4275 NE Halsey St, Portland, OR 97213
Located on the lower level on the Hollywood Towne House apartment building. We have a separate entrance via the gate and stairs right on Halsey Street. The apartments are at 4265 NE Halsey, the clinic is at 4275 NE Halsey. See the Accessibility section below for information about using the elevator instead of stairs.
We are located across Halsey from the Hollywood Transit Center, which has access to Trimet bus lines 75, 77 and 66, and Blue, Green and Red Max lines. Trimet bus line 12 stops nearby on Sandy Blvd. Website and trip planner here: https://trimet.org/home/planner
We have one reserved parking spot at the right side of the apartment building's driveway entrance, along with two unreserved visitor spots and one disability parking space. There is also a 30-minute spot in the parking lot across from the apartment entrance that is not monitored, and our patients are welcome to park there for the duration of their visits. Free street parking is available across the street from us on Halsey, two-hour on the south side and unlimited (except for 7-9am) on the north side.
Bicycles can be brought into our clinic, or there are two parking racks on the south side of Halsey, across from the clinic entrance.
If you cannot/do not wish to use stairs, contact us when you arrive by phone, or push the red doorbell button on our front gate, and one of us will come out to guide you through the secured main building to use the elevator.
Bair Bones uses an adjustable electric treatment table that is 33" wide w/ optional arm rest and head extensions, and a motor rated up to 550lbs. The armless chair in our exam/treatment room is rated up to 800lbs. We have a transport wheelchair/rollator walker approved to carry up to 300lbs. Unfortunately, our single all-gender bathroom is not ADA accessible due to its smaller size, though all appropriate grab bars are in place. If you need further assistance or accommodations, please let us know and we'll do our best to help.
One single-use all gender bathroom is available within the clinic. Unfortunately, it is too small to be ADA accessible, but does have three grab bars installed to ADA recommendations. There is also a separate baby changing room.
