Primary Care

image21

If you need a Primary Care Provider (PCP), Dr. Teresa Bair would be happy to help. As your PCP she will learn about you and your medical history, and provide comprehensive preventative and problem-focused care that is specific to you. Her appointments are much longer than you'll find at other clinics, allowing plenty of time for listening to your concerns, answering questions, discussing treatment options, and education. She will also help coordinate care with any outside services or specialists you may need. A 60-90 min New Patient visit is required to establish with Dr. Bair as your PCP.  We only see patients 5 years and older for Primary Care, as we do not offer immunizations on-site.

Immediate Care

image22

Immediate Care appointments focus on a single health concern and are available to anyone.  We offer rapid scheduling and are happy to see patients of all ages for issues ranging from acute illness to pap smears, joint injections to diabetes management. To save you time and money we offer many in-office lab tests including blood counts, basic chemistries, rapid strep, pregnancy tests, urinalysis, HIV, and more. These appointments are not as comprehensive as Primary Care visits, and ongoing care coordination will not be provided in most cases.

We do not see patients for workers' compensation or motor vehicle claims.

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment

image23

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a hands-on method of diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of health conditions, and to improve overall wellness. Though these treatments can appear similar to chiropractic or massage therapy, they are performed by a fully-licensed Osteopathic Physician who takes your entire medical picture into account. OMT appointments are available to all ages, including pregnant patients and infants. Common conditions treated are headaches, back pain, muscle spasms, digestive discomfort, congestion, anxiety, infant feeding problems, and much more.  Patients typically wear loose or athletic clothing, and treatments can be focused on one area or broadened to include the whole body.

Wellness Membership

We offer an affordable care plan especially well suited for those with little-to-no health insurance or who need regular visits. For $100 per month our membership plan includes unlimited clinic visits, prescription orders, referrals, and recommended in-office labs. This does not include osteopathic treatments, outside labs, medications, or off-site services. Payments will be automatically withdrawn each month, and there is a 6-month minimum membership to start.
